Time Frame to receive your items: Please note that with standard or ground shipping, your items may take 5 - 15 business days for delivery.
These are only estimates! In order to offer our customers a wider selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped directly from a number of different suppliers and may arrive in several different packages. Because of this, items ordered together may arrive in many different boxes. Items that are shipped directly from our suppliers may have longer delivery times than those stated on our web site. Please allow additional delivery time for personalized or custom-made items. Due to orders being fulfilled from different warehouses, items may be shipped by Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and the US Postal Service.
If you wish to have your shipment expedited, contact us at info@theritzyrover.com. Some items do not qualify for expidited shipping as they are made to order or handmade.
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Large items such as beds and furniture include extra shipping surcharges for dimensions and oversize weights which are added to the total shipping charges.

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to
customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect
shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we
will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the
order. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct
and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders
that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for
returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require
an additional re-shipping charge.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges for clothing, collars light weigh items are as follows, (beds, carriers and heavy, oversize items may incur extra charges and will be added as a shipping charge on the credit card charged or a Paypal invoice will be sent to cover shipping charges over and above what was charged when the order was placed,). Estimated shipping time for International Orders 7 days up to 3 weeks depending on whether or not items are made to order or custom made.

Return and Exchanges:
Please read carefully. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as once
they are placed they are considered in process and can be in transit
anytime before the 15 days or shortly after.
***** Christmas , Holiday Policy and Year Round Policy: We can only give Store Credit, no refunds. For Exchanges, shipping fee paid by customer for item exchanged for. Exchanges: 1 item per order taken back for exchange no re stocking fee, (lesser priced merchandise) after 1 item exchanged all other items exchanged on order will incur 25% re stocking fee, PLEASE MEASURE Your Pet CAREFULLY... shipping fee paid by customer for item exchanged for. Credit Card or Paypal invoice will be charged for re-stocking fee and shipping expenses. Credit issued good up to 1 year from date of original purchase, if customer wishes to wait on choosing items at a later date. Refunds are given only if manufactuer defect. Return Authorization required for exchanges. Merchandise sent to any address without Return authorization will be returned to sender. The Ritzy Rover Pet Boutique will accept merchandise for exchange or merchandise credit with credit being good for 1 year from date of purchase. Exchanges are only accepted if the items does not fit or if its defective. Please do not ship a return or exchange item to The Ritzy Rover. Items returned to The Ritzy Rover will be sent back "Return to Sender" if we have not been contacted first. If you wish to return an item , you must contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment. Merchandise must be returned in it's original, new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging and sent back to us using an insured method such as Fedex or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We will determine whether or not an item returned is unused, and is in original condition. Credit or exchanges will be provided once original item has been received.

We will e mail you will availability and shipping charges of the item you wish to exchange for. Please keep in mind different times of year are busier than others for our designers, seamstresses, and manufacturers. The original order may have been placed when shipment and transit times runs smoothly. Holidays and change of seasons are always busier and this may cause a delay in being able to receive the items in a timely manner.
Due to strict health regulations Dog Beds, Pet Carriers and Toys cannot be returned or exchanged. Each carrier, bed offered by The Ritzy Rover has detailed measurement information. Please make sure your pet will be comfortable in the one ordered.
Please take into consideration the cost and time involved in returning and exchanging items. Most items are returned because the pet was not measured. Measuring your pet is the only way you will know if the item will fit properly.
Custom or personalized items are not returnable for credit unless there is a workmanship error. Personalized, custom and perishable and seasonal items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please make sure measurements are correct before ordering.
